In general, there is a video tag, src in base64 dynamically comes into it, but when you start the game, the page stops executing scripts, if you make the windowed mode and put the browser next to it in a compressed form, then everything works without problems, this makes me think that if you put at least something -on top of all windows, then the script will run normally if you play in full screen mode, how to make the video overlay on top of all windows?

You can try assigning a z-index to the video tag

Try opening the video in a new video browser window in full screen mode. Or create a mini application, as, for example, they do in JetIQ.
