How to make Transmission download torrents that are sent via email?

I have a home server, I want to create a secret email where to send letters with torrents so that transmission can download them. I configured watch-dir in transnission-daemon, but I don’t know how to send letters there. Advise something that is not particularly heavy, tk. banana pi server. The system is Debian.
I do not want to use the Web interface in order not to give access to the server from outside.

As far as I know, all mail servers put letters into folders. You need to pick up some postman, set it up so that it does not accept mail, but picks it up from a "secret" address.
The mailer folder structure is usually simple, something like storage_root/domain.com/username , you just need to get enough rights.
