How to make the sound volume the same when watching movies through a browser?
Hello. Faced an unpleasant problem when watching movies through the speakers. Often the dialogue between characters is quiet and you have to turn up the volume to hear what they are talking about. Change of frames, and now - the loudest sounds of explosions, shots and something else crush the dwelling.
The crux of the problem : while watching movies, you have to turn up the volume, then lower it, because it constantly goes beyond comfortable viewing. Is there any universal program, in the form of a plug-in or in stand-alone execution, so that it independently regulates the volume, preventing the movie from rumbling through the whole house and making the quiet audible?

SAMSUNG TVs have the SRS TruDialog feature , which allows you to enhance the sound of your voice over background music or sound effects. I do not think that this is possible in browsers, but in players a similar function may be.
