What to do when the traffic of the entire system goes through Yandex?

After I began to suspect that the traffic of the entire system passes through the Yandex server, I decided to make sure of this and did the following:
1. In Chrome, when I try to follow a broken link, Chrome tells me that it cannot connect to Yandex. But what does Yandex have to do with it, when I just tried to follow a broken link that was in no way related to Yandex, because the error should be of a different kind.
2. In the Torah, on the one hand, the browser, which is difficult to penetrate, when trying to go to sites that spread viruses, Yandex first suspects suspicious traffic and asks to enter a captcha, and then Yandex Protect works, which prohibits clicking on the link. But how did Yandex Protect get into Tor?
In this regard, I concluded that the traffic of the entire computer passes through the Yandex server, for some unknown reason.
It doesn't look like a virus at all.

Well, if you set this Yandex service, then of course it will check all the addresses you go to. For this he is needed.
But how did Yandex Protect get into Tor?
And what does it have to do with the torus in general?
The application is installed on your computer and interacts with Yandex servers.
And how you go to the network there, through TOR, VPN, or carry packets on deer - it doesn’t matter at all.

this means that you are using yandex dns - they have a set of servers with a traffic filter service. I have such a feature in the router - you set the level of protection (such as without filtering, family, etc.) and turn it on - after which some sites (such as prohibited ones) stop opening - like Yandex Protect protected.
