What went wrong with Firefox?
Last year, I began to notice that with Front-End development, the Firefox browser is the most problematic.
All browsers (even IE10+ and the new Edge) display everything the same way. And Firefox is somehow all in its own way. It is not clear why the offset is a couple of pixels. That animation is unclear. There are also problems with JS. Everywhere the script works and Firefox does not react ...
In general, what happened to this browser? Or does it require special magic?

Maybe you write the code crookedly or what extensions did you install?
Firefox sometimes follows the standards more strictly, so it does not forgive some flaws like other browsers.
In general, your question is about nothing. There is a shift - a separate issue and a demo in the studio. Animation draws incomprehensibly - a separate issue and a demo in the studio. With JS problems - a separate issue and a demo in the studio. And if you believe that the bug is in the browser - you are here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
