Should user behavior be taken into account (disabled scripts)?
I output user parameters to the template and view using PHP variables, I do some animation on the selectors of these parameters with json / jquery timers in a cycle, but an obsession appeared: since I get data from json, then why do I need embeddings in html?
I after all in a cycle can fill in parameter before start of the timer.
Do I need to insure people who disable scripts and implement PHP variables or should the user behave on my site the way I did and enable scripts if they are disabled? :)

I just have a separate service "Full site work without JS". If the customer needs 0.2% of paranoids, then why shouldn't I make money on this? And when developing a project for myself, I would insert a stub stating that the site does not work without JS.
