How to proxy a website to a mobile application?

Good afternoon!
I needed to make a mobile application to work with one of my web services. The site itself is designed adaptively and looks good on screens of all sizes. I want to make an application that simply displays a specific site so that you can work with it. Roughly speaking, such a browser to work with only one site with its own icon.
How can I do that?
