How to make the second monitor not dependent on 1?

I have 2 monitors.
The crux of the matter is that I need to have 2 monitors on one PC that do not depend on each other.
For example: I have monitor 1, it has information and I pass it on to the user through screen sharing.
There is monitor 2 on which I write code or do other tasks and at the same time, my taskbar does not show programs on monitor 1 that I have running on monitor 2.

Well, firstly, in the properties of the Windows taskbar there is a checkbox "show tasks on the panel of the monitor on which they are open"
Secondly, you can demonstrate not a screen, but a window / area
