How to make the end of the sales funnel when selling services?

A question. I have a sales funnel in amocrm. I sell development services for which I get paid 50% upfront, 50% postpaid. How to design a funnel?
1. Should the final stage of the funnel be an upfront payment or a final payment? After the prepayment, the salesperson no longer works, the developers work.
2. If the final stage should be an advance payment, is it more correct to put down the amount of the advance payment or the amount of the entire contract in the transaction amount? I will send the amount to Yandex metric.

The transaction budget usually indicates the full amount according to the contract. Accordingly, it is better to make the receipt of an advance payment an intermediate stage of the funnel, and transfer it to successfully implemented ones after receiving the balance under the contract. Moreover, you plan to send metrics to Yandex - it’s better to have real amounts there for further optimization

Come on the other side - look at the semantics.
What is a deal? It is the successful sale of a product or service.
When does it end? When a product is received by a customer or a service is rendered.
From the point of view of the client, conditionally, the process of receiving the service looks like this:
- Contacting the company
- Negotiating the terms
- Signing the contract
- Making an advance payment
- Providing the service
- Signing the acts
- Paying the rest
You are trying to combine 2 independent ones in one client funnel: Sales and Production.
The following questions should prompt you to good thoughts:
1) Whose funnel am I automating?
An account funnel that leads from request to payment?
The sales funnel from receiving an inquiry to the first sale?
A production funnel from receiving a task to completing it?
2) Should it be one funnel? Maybe it's 3 connected funnels?
Like a gant: main and 2-3 subtasks.
3) And who is responsible for signing the acts and receiving the rest of the payment?
The one who provides the service? The one who directly executes it? A separate person?
For example, in the company where I work, conditionally, it is arranged as follows:
In CRM, the sales funnel coincides with the customer's funnel.
In automation, it is configured in such a way that when you switch to the "Provision of a service" status, in another "funnel" (the term is conditional, there is no CRM at all), a project is created with its own stages. Upon completion of the project, ping goes to the funnel, where you need to move the project.
