Wercker not generating html in hugo?

I can't figure out why wercker generates instead of html -> xml.
Locally after the command `hugo` everything is fine. But inside wercker instead of index.html, index.xml is generated.
The config is standard.

So everything is correct, you make a request in url: '/index.php',but there is a page output, and html falls into the console
