Is there a forum with LDAP and RestApi support?

Good afternoon,
I'm looking for a forum with normal LDAP support, I need not only user identification and authenticate, but also a comparison of groups from LDAP with the forum.
Restapi must also be present.
Looked only two forums. phpbb and ipboard, they all have ldap just for authenticate and user creation in forum db, no groups etc.
Everything is bad with restapi, phpbb is in its infancy in ipboard, I did not find how to manipulate users, move them into groups and create forums through api.
I will be glad for your help.
