How to make the browser save the file to a temporary folder and run it?

How to make the browser save the file to a temporary folder and run it?
Example: I went to the left site to download Chrome. Downloaded the installation file. The anti-virus blocked another file with a different name in the system temporary folder
(C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Temp).
How to do it?
Update 1. Firefox browser version 64. Several years of development. And they can't plug such a simple hole.

It seems to me - the left site is trying to slip you a virus. Do you need it?
