Good day gentlemen.
There are many ready-made solutions in the Bitrix24 application market in terms of PBX for CRM.
Actually, the question is how difficult it is to create an application for bitrex on your own with the aim of:
1. getting leads from calls to certain cell numbers in the company
2. recording telephone conversations.
Is it possible to make such an application yourself on RestAPI
