Tell me, there is a Bitrix24 box on a remote server. And also, there are remote workstations for employees, Bitrix24 works well on a local machine, but if an employee works from a remote desktop, then it takes a long time to load there. What can influence this? Updates last cost everything

To answer your question, you need to clarify the network structure and the routing and NAT tables.
I suspect that the traffic is somewhere on the wrong route and only when a timeout occurs, does it go to a different route.
Most likely you have a B24 box behind the same NAT as the remoters.
