How to make tcpdump listen on a reverse SSH port?

Hello! I have a router with OpenWrt, forwarding reverse ssh from the router to the Debian server 10.10.10.10

ssh -i secretkey -f -N -R *:4444:127.0.0.1:22 [email protected]

At the same time, on the server, I listen to traffic on port 4444 through tcpdump
tcpdump port 4444
. Further, the reverse ssh is forwarded, everything works, but on the server, the tcpdump output is empty. Nothing at all, not a single package. How can I monitor this traffic?
