Which cloud backup solution to choose for shared hosting?

The essence of the problem:
There are many clients on their shared hosting. Dragging them to your hosting is not an option. We need a solution that would once a week go via ssh and back up the databases and files of these sites and download them to the cloud.
Who uses what?
