How to make tabs behave like firefox in other browsers?

I clarify the question:
Firefox. Option "At startup, show windows and tabs opened last time".
Settings, Tabs - do not load tabs without prompting.
In other words, when you launch the browser, the tabs are in place, but their content is not loaded until the tab is called.
This behavior of the browser is extremely convenient for me, because. often the number of tabs exceeds a couple of dozen, which greatly affects performance when the browser is opened, namely, the amount of memory occupied, the speed of loading the browser and the necessary pages.
Is it possible to configure Opera, Chrome for the same behavior - do not load tabs without accessing them?
