How to make such an animation in Blender 3D?

A broken line is given - a curve with resolution = 0, or a chain of vertices, or a set of points specified in another form.
The object stops at points, and stands at each point for a given number of frames. There is no animation between points.
Let's say there are many points. The object stood at the first point for 10 frames, then at the second point for 10 frames, then at the third point for 10 frames, and so on. The dots must be visible for easy editing. There can be many points - hundreds.
How to do it?

Found this way.
Scrolling -> -> -> the required number of frames, I put the keys i, I do constant interpolation (Graph Editor -> Key -> Interpolation Mode -> Constant), then t -> Animation -> Motion Paths.
It works. But maybe there is a better way? At least, how to set up scrolling through a well-defined number of frames with a keyboard shortcut?
You need to make a hundred paths with one and a half hundred keys, and Oh, how you don’t want to do it with your hands.
