Phone programming, how to choose a language/technology for building real-time 3D?

I want to write a program that will receive data via Bluetooth (from a device that scans space) and build it in real-time in 3D, like a point cloud.
I have no experience in programming for phones, presumably the platform will be Andorid.
What technologies/approaches can you recommend? (Javascript or..)

It is doubtful that I see the idea, because the performance of SineZub is not enough.
