How to make services that cannot be manually turned on / off become possible?
I welcome everyone! Tell me about the question, in Windows there are such services that you can’t manually stop or start or change their startup type, all these options are inactive when you enter Services and select service properties, for example, the DNS Client service (service name is dnscache), however, these prohibitions are easily bypassed just open the regedit.exe registry editor, go to the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Service_name, for example HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Dnscache where you can set the desired startup type by changing the value of the Start parameter, respectively, after rebooting the service will either be started or stopped , but each time restarting the computer to start / stop only one service is somehow not very fun and not at all convenient,

As an option, you can install Win10 Tweaker, there is a function to turn off services, I don’t know if they can be turned off manually (I didn’t just look at the list that is there), but I think it’s worth getting acquainted.
In the same place, you can get the rights to any file by putting a certain checkmark, read it yourself.
PS If anything in the RMB user agreement you need to press the agree button) And be careful, you can mess up there.
