Hello.
I would like to write a script that would upload copies of backups to a remote PC, if there are backups and if the remote PC is turned on. is it possible?
How to make it so that the remote PC, if it has not downloaded all the backups, could not turn off without warning?
What technologies and software should be used, what to read?

The easiest way is for the remote server to pull backups itself, for example, rsync or any analogue. Well, if you have ready-made options, read about rdiff-backup, rsnapshot, if you need a bunch of logical bells and whistles, then bacula.
