What is the best package manager for Linux?

Used Linux Mint, Arch and Manjaro. Of these, the mint turned out to be the most stable. , but after pacman and Aur, it is reluctant to use apt get and its old repositories. Manjaro had a lot of problems with hardware that I can't solve (or don't want to)
Arch is good, but I would like something that works out of the box and does not require 2 days of customization.
So what other distributions are there in which the package manager is similar to pacman or how to attach aur to mint?

First sort out you checkered or go.
If you don't like the old repositories, add new ones according to your taste. And besides, in 95% of cases, people who ask such questions, in fact, do not understand why they need new packages, it's just a Windows habit that I have the latest software, and you never thought that, in fact, you only need to keep the browser up to date is it +1 ppa repository line in deb-like distros?
If you want to have a stable Linux, without doping for 2 days, you need to take ubuntu and better than LTS, at least the last original one, also the Debian 8 version is not bad, the same OpenSUSE. But still, ubuntu works best out of the box.
