How to make Macbook Pro mid 2012 see SSD?

There is a mid-2012 Macbook Pro that was revitalized with new RAM and an Intel 520 Series 240 GB SSD.
There is a problem: the macbook categorically does not see the SSD inside itself.
When booting from a bootable flash drive, the SSD is not in the list of disks, there is only a bootable flash drive, and when you try to restore the system via the Internet, such a wonderful picture is shown.
The problem, obviously, is not in the controller and not in the cable, everything works fine with the old hard drive.
Resetting PRAM didn't help.

@MrBrown

Had the same problem. Format ssd from under the system (connect via box or opti bay), I even formatted it in ntfs by connecting it to a regular computer.
