Checked the disk for speed in crystaldiskmark and angered the small values in the read column. Hard disk, PC lags (works slower than usual at times)

Disable sysmain, windows search, updates, built-in antivirus in services.
Then check if the PC is lagging.
Process loaded? How?
RAM? How much is it?
