How to measure the amount of data written and read on an SSD?

Hello.
Having bought a laptop with an SSD and figured out that the solid state drive does not keep statistics on writing and reading data. I wanted to put a good program for collecting these statistics. So far I have found only Hard Disk Sentinel. But this program has not been completed. It starts keeping statistics only after autorun. It turns out that statistics are not kept when loading and stopping the operating system. And this is important to me, I use a ram disk. The second drawback is related to the fact that no statistics are collected about which programs write data to the disk.
If someone uses a program that is "light" in terms of memory and processor usage. Write and share your experience.
