Why doesn't TeamViewer allow me to control a remote machine?

Suddenly lost the ability to control a remote machine through TeamViewer.
Neither keyboard shortcuts / input at all, nor mouse clicks are transmitted - it only moves the cursor around the screen.
Perhaps due to changes in the new version - now the version is 10.0.39.052.
A password has been set on the remote machine for access.
When connected, the TV began to ask for "permission" from the remote computer (this was not the case before, it immediately connected and started control), although access was enabled without confirmation.
In the settings of the remote TV:
Security \ Options for accessing this computer - "personal password for access without confirmation" is specified
Remote control \ Transmit key combinations - ON
Advanced \ Access control - Full access
If you click the "Configuration" button under the access control setting, everything says "Allowed"; at the same time, if you look at the "Properties of the connection" when the connection is established, then everything except the first and last item is shown as "Forbidden" for some reason.
CHADNT?
