How to make live usb windows 10?

Hello!
Please tell me how to do it right.
I want to write win10 to a USB flash drive so that I can boot from a USB flash drive to this OS (live usb). Google shows Win10 PE by ratiborys. She's been cut. I just need to make a separate OS on a flash drive.
On win10 PE I tried to create another user, so there is an error, something was not found ... in some folder ...
