How to make it so that in Proxmox VM (IP first of the subnet) can ping CT?

I noticed that the first and last VM from the subnet cannot ping the container,
what should I do?
other VMs can, but containers can't

How is the network connected to virtual machines? Through bridge or nat?

the last one is probably the broadcast address, but the first one is the address of the subnet
