How to improve ping accuracy?

Hello, I have a simple question. How to improve ping accuracy?
My ping to different devices is 1ms, regardless of the configuration, I want the time to be returned to me not in milliseconds, but at least in microseconds. Better with maximum precision.

PS Windows operating system.

I don't think it's possible, ping is measured in milliseconds, it has already become the standard.
In any case, the Windows command line ping command does not provide a function to display ping in microseconds.
I even looked, there are simply no programs that display ping in microseconds.

Open Wireshark, record the traffic, and see the ping and response times.
