How to make it possible to choose an operating system?

Good day to all.
I installed it on a laptop along with windows elementary os, for this I changed Boot mode from UEFI to Legacy. Everything was successfully installed. But now, when you turn it on, elementary is immediately loaded, and if you change Boot mode back to UEFI, then windows is loaded immediately, windows boot manager is the first priority. And so on ...
How to make it so that when you turn it on you can choose the operating system?

If you want a normal solution, then use only UEFI. A Linux boot point will be added and you will steer the order and priorities from UEFI
