How to make incremental backups of all files including mysql?

There is a corporate server, there are a lot of RAID1 disks, it seems like the files are protected from physical "death", but not protected from the crooked hands of users))
you need to make backups, there is a good 4 TB HDD, it will be enough for 7-10 copies in full volume,
but it so happened that I'm not very good at Linux administration.. What is an easy way to cope with this? Ideally, you need to make a backup every 2-3 days at night.
Now I can only do it with my hands like acronis or AOMEI, but I understand that this is nonsense))
who will tell me what?

@Zarom

First dump the databases via mysqldump. Then backup everything you need via rsnapshot.
