Actually, I have 554 copies (I make the backup of the file hosting service built-in Microsoft Windows Backup, I found a command on the Internet, only to delete a specific backup, but typing the command 500+ times is nonsense, in which way can I delete these old copies and leave them for the last month?

Set the number of copies you need and run the backup job. Extras will be removed.
Or script for example in Powershell and run in a loop according to the conditions you need.
