What system files should be backed up? selective copying of files to a USB flash drive?
What can you advise? what files to have in reserve on a flash drive? in case of a Windows axis crash? well for example ntdlr, boot.ini what else important files for loading of an axis??? do not offer to backup the entire system (I'm talking about images and archives)

I set up the storage of important files and prog settings in the Yandex-disk folder.
Windows itself does not fall.
There is no point in backing up any system files, they will still be useless. Windows is not Linux so that it simply copies the system to disk and it works.
Windows should always be in such condition that you can quickly take it down and reinstall it and quickly reconfigure it at any time (1-2 hours maximum).
Or set protection to change any system files.
