Back up SMB folder FreeNAS how to organize?

Hello community.
There is FreeNAS on "bare metal" with a shared folder SBM, it has NTFS permissions for AD users.
How can I backup this folder? Better yet, the entire system.
The infrastructure has Veeam, but it didn’t work out with it.
There is also Synology, its backup does not know how to connect over the network.
Tried to use rsync - it's a rake. There is no depth of backups, and he does not save the rights.

Since FreeNAS is based on the FreeBSD OS , any backup system from FreeBSD can be screwed there .
