Which simple backup application for Windows should you choose?

Good afternoon!
The bottom line is that it takes very little - to make copies of individual directories (and not the entire hard disk / partitions, etc.) to a network drive (Apple AirPort, so installing something there is unrealistic) on a schedule. Preferably open source.
Of course, you can write something similar yourself in python or whatever, but why bother with a bicycle if there is probably a ready-made solution?
