Backup of two systems?

Good morning everybody!
I have a laptop with an extremely old disk (I predict a quick death for the disk). I plan to buy a new hard and transfer the installed OS to it.
The laptop has 2 systems - Windows 7 and Ubuntu. What tools should be used to create isos? Is it possible to create an ISO containing 2 systems at once?

And here is iso?
Take Acronis and copy the entire partitions, expand in a new place as you like
