How to back up a flash drive in Windows?

Tell me an application that would hang in the background and, when a certain flash drive is connected, would make its backup copy to a local or network folder. The program needs:
1. Stability;
2. Work under an account without admin rights;
3. Network backup;
4. So that during operation it does not load the computer and does not lay down the network.

Once used usbgrab . The truth copies from any flash drive, a certain one, probably, cannot be configured.
I don't know if it will work on Win10.
From the description:

Usbgrab constantly monitors usb ports and, when it detects a flash drive, copies files from it to the specified folder. Moreover, it does this in several passes, that is, you can first copy the most valuable files (*.doc, *.xls by default), and then the archives and everything else. The program can either hang in the tray (the icon only reacts to mouse clicks while holding the shift key) or not be displayed at all (the --hide key at startup).
