Good day!
When trying to back up a site, the process hangs in half. That is, it reaches 51% and hangs.
No error messages, nothing. It just stops and that's it.
All updates are installed (Bitrix "small business" Aspro store module: Optimus), there is plenty of space on the host, before (on the same host) everything worked fine.

try to reduce the size of the backup, exclude the upload folder, check the hosting for viruses, make a manual copy of the file archive and export the database, deploy it on another hosting.
