Please tell me how to make the additional HDD-SATA appear as removable in Win7?
It is installed in a skid, I want it to be possible to turn on and off its power when the computer is running. Before turning off, I would like to select the "eject" type so that all exchange with it stops, but this function is only available for removable devices.
It seems that somewhere in the settings or the registry it can be enabled?

Install the appropriate drivers. For example, Intel® Rapid Storage Technology. And in the BIOS you need to enable "hot swap" for this disk.

Find the desired disk in the manager - properties - policy - quick removal.
This setting disables caching.
