How to make friends with an ASUS router with SMART-TV 4K from SONY?

I recently bought a brand new ASUS RT-N12+ N300 router. At home, a bunch of various devices that connect to it via WIFI. These are 2 Android smartphones, 2 Windows 8.1 smartphones, 10 Mobile, and an Android tablet. Everything works and connects like clockwork. The laptop also connects wirelessly and works. Also wired to the camputer.
BUT here with a box (Sony something there 4k), which works on Android, does not work in any. More precisely, it does not make it possible to work, because the TV does not see the network that the router gives.
SSID - ASUS_80
WPA2-PSK
I tried to connect via wps, finds nothing, nothing happens. I also did not try to sew, because if the sewing procedure does not help, then under the guarantee I will not return it to the store.
Has anyone encountered this? How to solve this trouble?

P.S.S.: До этого был славный роутер TP-link 840 чего то там, с 2 внутренними антеннами, но ушел к другому владельцу. Там все работало с пол тычка. Без претензий

Во-первых убери шифрование и так попробуй. Вот вторых проверь на каком диапазоне вещает роутер b/g/n. В третьих создай сеть с телефона и попробуй подконнектиться телевизором.
