How to make Chrome and StartSSL friends?

There are 2 domains and an api subdomain for one of them. All 3 services on one IP on VPS. Certificates received on StartSSL.
All browsers except Chrome work correctly, and this bastard gives an error:

Your connection is not secure
Attackers may be trying to steal your data from data-keeper.ru (for example, passwords, messages, or bank card numbers). NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Here is the SSL test (A+):

At work in Windows and in Chrome everything is OK. At home Ubuntu and Chrome got pissed off. I hope I'm the only one with the problem )))
#UPD1: sites have fallen off in all browsers except Chromium...

StartSSL is no more. Its root certificates have been revoked. RIP
