Is it possible to start some kind of server that will just keep Chrome tabs open (with scripts) and update it?

The bottom line is, I want certain tabs to be open 24/7, but at the same time the computer is turned off or busy with something else. Google or Mozilla must be open, since tampermonkey is supported on them.
