How to make changes in a site without a backend?
I learned pretty well how to make simple pages (html + css + javascript).
How to make it so that you can make changes (such as adding pages, posts, news, etc.).
I thought I could master node (the basics), but it didn’t work out, since it’s hard with js for the time being. I tried to transfer the site to CMS, but I do not know PHP (there is no time to learn a new one).
Ready-made templates are not an option, because they do not fit, I created my own design and made up. But, the site is now only static.
P.S. Haven't uploaded to the server yet.
I started learning languages for myself (I don’t make money on this), so I don’t know a lot of things.
Thank you!

Strange that no one mentioned static generators. For example Jekyll . Formally, this is a blogging system, but in fact, we have already dragged several projects through the stage of “testing how it works on statics”. Including our website .
A very flexible system with a low entry threshold, but you have to pay for flexibility. However, it is ideal for small projects.

using html obviously
Well, actually, you have two options - these are templating engines (such as Twig and Nunjucks ), or CMS (such as WordPress or MODX).
Both there and there you can loop through without knowledge or with minimal knowledge of PHP.
Which of these options should you choose? Well, see for yourself what you need, I would advise you to master some kind of CMS, because, as it were, it will not hurt.
UPD. Well, by the way, there are such very, very simple CMS like Textolite , if you have enough of their functionality, then this can be considered a temporary solution to the issue. For statics, they seem to be quite normal.
