How to configure metadata for all pages at once in Bitrix?

Good evening.
The task was to optimize one site, or to be more precise, fill in the keywords, increase the length of the title, and fix the h1 headings. With Bitrix, as with other CMS, I am more unfamiliar than familiar, so I don’t understand how this can be done on all pages at once? Not in the sense that I pressed the button, and everywhere everything was set up by itself - but also not to edit on the same page? There is an online store and there are a lot of goods, respectively.
And another question - where does Bitrix store the page markup files? For example, I can find the folder of the "Doors" catalog on the server, where there is an index.php with entries I do not understand. But in this catalog there are neither folders and index files of subsections ("Wooden"), nor the same, but for a specific product ("ECO-2019 Door"). I wanted to manually rewrite all the metadata of each product, but I did not find anything. Where should I look?
