Which CMS to choose for User registration?

You need to find a CMS Requirements are:
1. The main requirement is registration (with a subscription form).
2. Personal account for each registered.
3. Page (Landing Page) For all registered users, one but with its own referral tail so that you can display statistics in your account using their link!
These are the three main points, has anyone seen something similar from CMS?

I did the same on Drupal 7 and Wordpress, but there are no ready-made solutions. Drupal 7 is more suitable for personal accounts.

ibutler is symfony, you can do it on it or on yii, or on laravel, or on drupal, or on modx, or on hundreds of other frameworks. Choose the one that you like best, know better or want to master in practice.
