In a vector, such a contour probably cannot be made. You get it from an Internet or draw in a raster program (there is some kind of strip there). Vstovlyaesh and vectorize raster. You copy and go bezier and at the top there is a choice of mode. You select the mode "from the clipboard"! And yes. Don't connect the circuit. It will suck. If you want what would happen without separation, you draw a contour (an object with such a contour) into a raster. editor and paste. Exactly along the contour and draw a bezier.
