Serious business in inkscape?

I have been using Corel for several years now, recently I remembered about inkscape, so what do you think, is it possible to completely switch to it or not?
I use it for layout printing and quick editing of all kinds of icons. That is not for drawing.

Do not confuse business and tools.
The main tool is the head, skills. And what I used to draw in - so someone with a mouse, someone with a tablet.
There are many tasks for which inkscape is more than enough.
But to find out whether it will be enough for you to solve YOUR tasks - no one knows except you. Indeed, to a greater extent, the result depends on the skills and habits of using certain tools, and not on the direct functionality of the program.

Is it possible to completely switch to it or not?

No. Lots of format compatibility issues. If you make the development cycle completely closed from sketch to print, then +\- is possible, but it has a lot of annoying bugs and does not have many useful conveniences.
