How to change logo text in inkscape?

Downloaded inkscape for Linux Mint.
I opened a vector file and tried to change the text, but it doesn't work.
Tell me how to do this, I'm sure that the logo suggests the possibility of changing the text.

Doesn't assume.
The text is converted to curves and can only be edited by deleting the existing text and typing a new one.
