Very small glyph in Inkscape when converting to SVG, how to fix?

Hello! I am learning from this video (already set the right moment, fragment ~ 5 minutes). I convert icons to svg in Inkscape, create a 1000px * 1000px area to create a glyph, but after creation, in the preview window, the glyph becomes very small.
Question: what parameter affects the size of the glyph and what needs to be done to make it a
standard size?

Affects the scale it should be equal to 1 unit per px
