How to make an oblique transition between sections?

Hello, here are the transitions you need to make.
What tools can be used to do this?

For example:
1. Create a rectangle and use the white arrow to change its shape.
2. Select the desired shape with a polygonal lasso and fill it with color.
3. Fill the layer with color or create a geometric shape (rotate as needed), create a mask of the desired shape for it in any of the ways.
4. Take a rectangular shape, select the approximately desired shape with a polygonal lasso, fill it with color and fit it into the rectangular shape created earlier.
